Hello world, I am a new member to EP and have begun an interest with the site and its members. I see a common bond in the stories, so I wanted to an my own little biog if you will. I know it is nothing big or important to anyone but myself. I am at a point in my life where spirituality is going to be part of a change as well as a living change. Most of my life I had lived under self will and may have tried to align it with Gods will under self will. Does this make sense, yes it does for me. It is actually something I am learning. It has to do with that occasionally question I ask myself. OK God so what do you want me to do next. Now keep in mind there's hidden depression of being single and needing companionship or for a better word sick and tired of just living alone and doing many things alone. I came across a site that said, Instead of praying, "God, what do you want me to do next?" ask, "God, what do you want me to do while I'm right here?" Direction from God is not just for your next big move. He has a purpose in placing you where you are right now. Begin to understand God's purpose for your life by discovering what he wants you to do now! That's my challenger and has been so for many years and here's why. In many areas of my life I have already acknowledge God, but it is in the areas where you attempt to restrict or ignore his influence that will cause you grief. Make him a vital part of everything I do; then he will guide you because you will be working to accomplish his purposes. This is sad and scary to admit, I may be one that may never be in a personal relationship. In this scare is where I do not want to trust God because of the fear of being alone. My truth is that this fear of being alone has not worked for me at all because it just pushed God out and Anthony in.
